We found their tiles online and were blown away by the designs. When we originally reached out they had just opened the U.S. distribution center and we felt very lucky. They have been very helpful and kind along the entire process. Our tiles came from the factory abroad to Florida and then shipped by trucks to California with barely any damage (0.25% of the order was slightly cracked). We can't wait to see it installed!
