Order Acknowledgement
Otto Tile’s acceptance of this order is conditioned on my agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in Otto Tile’s terms and conditions documents and the following order acknowledgments and warranties:
- I am the end user of the products purchased from Otto Tiles or have the explicit authority from the end user to: purchase Otto Tiles products, agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the terms and conditions documents, and agree to the acknowledgments below.
- I agree that measurement of the end user’s project and installation of the products purchased from Otto Tiles is the sole responsibility of the end user, and Otto Tiles does not provide installation support or assume any responsibility for any measurement or installation errors.
- I understand that recommended grout joints for some Otto Tile product collections may be automatically calculated into the “pieces per square foot” calculation, and I assume responsibility for ensuring I have factored this detail into my product order quantities.
- I understand that Otto Tiles’s products are handcrafted and may vary in size, texture, color, shade, and inherent imperfections across product lots or batches. I acknowledge that my full tile order may not perfectly match my sample tile order, and any add-on orders may not match my original order.
- I have read the “read before you buy” section and material guideline document on the Otto Tiles website for each product I am purchasing and agree that any inherent imperfections in our products will not be eligible for replacement.
- I understand the concept of cherry-picking and agree that if a specific design is desired, I will purchase at least 25% more than my project requires.
- I agree that all order cancellations/changes must be requested within 3 hours of order placement.
- I acknowledge that I must report any damaged products, shortages, or incorrect shipments within 48 hours of delivery.
- I understand and agree that all shipments are curbside only and require a signature. It is my responsibility to make sure I have a professional team available to receive, inspect and safely place my shipment on my job site on the day of delivery.
- I agree that Otto Tile returns are limited to tiles shipped from the UK stock only. Please refer to the Returns and Refunds section of our Terms & Conditions for details on returns.
I agree that all product delivery lead times are only estimates and not guarantees. - I agree that if I change the delivery address, I will be responsible for any additional charges.
- I agree that if the carrier cannot reach me and no delivery appointment is scheduled within 24 hours, storage fees may apply at my expense.
For US orders of 5 boxes or fewer, a liftgate is not automatically included. If a liftgate is needed, I will be responsible for the additional cost. For UK orders, a liftgate is included in the shipping cost.
